Corner View: Leaf

There are more 'leaf' plants in my back patio 'flower garden'
this time of year than actual flowers.
(The mums were added for the Pumpkin Festival as was the wooden Pumpkin face
and fall mini garden flag that stands by the back door.)

Three very different varieties of leaf:
ornamental grass, 'I forget the flower' leaf, and lavender.

This is just a peek of my front porch decorations.
Due to warm weather, my summer plants were still thriving,
so here is a mix of real and artificial leaves.

For more corner views,

please check out Francesca's place.

  3. Such a lot of decorations on your porch. Do a lot of children come for Hallowe'en to the teacher's house?

  4. The scarecrows seem to enjoy their fall view from the porch.

  11. hey beth! you put autumn {leaves} colour in your header! wow! and i love porches, since mine is in underdevelopment, and isn't a proper one anyway, but i like to think it is. still, shouldn't fuss. i have one, will be able to do something with it, in due course (in a few years time, i mean)...
    plenty of ideas here, already...

  13. You are quite a creative and "pretty" lady. You do much better than I do in that arena. Love different grasses, in particular. Hope to have a variety in my back yard this Spring. Some perennials and some annuals. Would make it prettiful back there, even if not quite beautiful.

Nice to be back to "visit" you.
