I especially liked how this turned out. It's a little barn all by itself in a field near where I get my hair done.
The next few pictures were taken in a cemetery that overlooks part of our small town. We had had a deep snow and I trudged up there to get some shots.

Francesca's.
What a lovely barn! I wonder how old it is? I love the snow photos. Snow is so peaceful, isn't it? Not that I see much of it...
ReplyDeleteAll of these are lovely, Beth. But the first one - that should be framed. I just love it!
ReplyDeleteGreat photos! I especially love the ones of the cemetery
ReplyDeletewinter always seems so monochrome to me!
ReplyDeleteThe last photograph is really beautiful, all are nice but that last one really caught my eye.

ReplyDeletei hope your world is very green right now!
ReplyDeletei really like your pictures. they are of winter, snow and cold but somehow they are warm and inviting.
ReplyDeleteNice.
your barn is exquisite. my eye is drawn to it, because i am slipping into my mood of drawing places again. this creative process is a meandering pathway, up and down, losing my way, coming back up for air. i finally gave in to owning i loved my 2014 houses project, and so i'm positioning myself back again on the simple track of drawing what i see. it sounds easy, but i had plans, and now it seems my plans dissolve only to return to what i know. which is obvious, i should say.
ReplyDeleteare you enjoying your days, beth?
you know you have a barn lover in me, don't you? ;))) n♥
Nice! Winter scenes are definitely monochrome and a blue barn is so much fresher than a red. I only picture red barns... Blue and green seem fresh!
ReplyDeleteI like the description of your walk up the hill to take some pictures of the view.
ReplyDeleteAll the photos give a sense of peace.
