lovely! our woods look still quite green - they're usually yellow/brown by the end of october not because of the fall, but because they turn that way by the end of our (hot and dry) summers. this year, summer has been so rainy that everything is still thriving!

I was showing all your notes and postcards to my mother-in-law the other day and she was so touched. She loved the card you made, with your barn photo.) P.S. Kitty might be able to come home next week, if she continues to do well. Last test was clear, waiting for a second before they will release her.
