The thief

Little Miss Innocent laying on one of her beds
(tops of armoires in the basement)

Nonchalance.

She then leans down toward the tray of flowers cut for vases.

She's made contact.

She goes right for the mint.

Success!
( That is until I took it from her.)

  1. Uh OH----Caught in the action.... Cute set of pictures, Beth... Sure--Miss INNOCENT.... ha ha

When do you start school? Our schools started this week here--but they build in 15 or more snow days...
    Hugs,

  2. Oh! This reminds me SO much of a William Carlos Williams poem, and since I don't have a cat I'll share it with you:

    As the cat
    climbed over
    the top of

    the jamcloset
    first the right
    forefoot

    carefully
    then the hind
    stepped down

    into the pit of
    the empty
    flowerpot.

    --William Carlos Williams

I've been dying to post this on my blog, but my dog just won't climb to the top of my armoir to pose for a photo ;)

  3. good one.
our cat, kat, has been taking naps lately in the flower pot on the back porch that contains what is left of a little cat nip plant. she can just barely get her big self curled up into the top of it.

  4. Yes, cats can be quite nonchalant when they are busy getting into mischief ... she sure is a pretty one.

  6. I love that you were able to catch her in the act. Does she do this often?
