Monday's Prayer

I praise Your holy name this day.
You are almighty God.
You are the all-powerful, omnipotent Lord of heaven and earth.
There is nothing too hard for You,
Great are You, Lord,
and mighty in power;
Your understanding is infinite.
I know that because You can do anything,
no plan or purpose of Yours for my life
can be held back.
You have a mighty arm,
and You rule by Your power.
You are the potter and I am the clay,
and I give You full power over my life to mold me
as You see fit.
I surrender my life to You and release it into Your hands.

Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh.
Is there anything too hard for Me?

Blessings to you as begin this new week.

  1. Beautiful prayer and I love that scripture, Beth... I pray that YOU will have a good week at school and at home.

  2. Thanks Beth, I needed that tonight. I'm in for a rough few days, because I got word tonight that the State Inspectors came to our facility tonight. They come every year and they aren't known for being nice! I'm not looking forward to having them follow me around.
    Hope your week goes well!

  3. I like that verse from Jeremiah ... and I'm glad I read it tonight. Have a good week, Beth. Blessings.

  4. thanks, beth. blessings to you as well.
i like the photo. the country side, perspective, tree and cross.

  5. That scene of the countryside with the cross is so peaceful and such a reminder of His peace. Thank you - a good start to my Monday. The prayer scripture makes me want to praise Him. I feel like singing the praise song 'Nothing is impossible with You.'
Blessings Beth as you start your school week and to all those in school or college. Exams continue here in the UK.

  6. Thank you for sharing this Beth. It is so moving and powerful.
Praying your week is filled with His grace and peace.

  7. good words... read and prayed them. thank you, beth. (always a little hard for me on the surrender parts - i always pray for mercy along with it...)

I welcome your thoughts. Please let me know you stopped by.
