Just two of my many blessings and joys!
I came home the other day to this.
Usually George and Scruffy are up on top of two armoires
that have their backs up against the steps.
However, this time I walked in to no cats.
It took me a few seconds to discover their 'bed'.
I laughed and grabbed the camera.
"Joy is the heart vibrating in grateful rhythm
to the love of Almighty God
who actually chooses to make His home within us."
"A joyful heart is the inevitable result of a heart burning with love."
"Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!
Monday's Prayer of Grace
You have given me so many blessings;
I will celebrate Your gifts.
Make me thankful, loving, responsible, and wise.
I praise You, Father, for the gift of Your Son
and for the priceless gift of salvation.
Make me a joyful Christian,
a worthy example to others,
and a dutiful servant to You this day and forever.
That is such an endearing photo of your cats, and the verses are encouraging.ReplyDelete
Hi Beth, Aren't they just adorable? I love cats.. They can always bring a smile to our faces, can't they????ReplyDelete
Merry Christmas to you and your family.
I like how our cat has different kinds of meows for different things.ReplyDelete
These two look like good chums.
Love the way they're snuggled up together. You're right, our animal friends bring us a lot of joy, don't they?ReplyDelete
A truly joyful heart is what will give us the strength to continue in our world. Must keep my focus in that direction instead of what is in front of our eyes. HIS eyes count the most. [With this horrific situation in Connecticut we can only gain strength by leaning on Him.]ReplyDelete
