These photos were taken last year.
Cambridge city park.
East of my little town.
Looking up from our acre property to my sister-in-law's home,
which used to be my parents-in-law's.
My father-in-law's metal barn and old shed are on our acre
and are my husband's sanctuary.

just saying howdy.
ReplyDeletei'm going to the high school for teacher/parent conference. it goes from four to eight o'clock, and we wait at t he door to the rooms until we get a turn to talk. cj has eight teachers...this could take awhile.
Beautiful photos, Beth.... We are finally getting some spring down here... Tonight we are having rain --but luckily, all of the severe stuff has missed us.....Rain we can use ---just nothing severe....
ReplyDeleteHave a great Friday.
Hugs,
Betsy
Pretty shadow photos! They put me in the mood to go for a walk in the park.
ReplyDeleteYou've captured the theme so beautifully Beth.
ReplyDeleteEverything feels so connected--light and shadow,
ReplyDeletefamily members near each other, glistening post,
beautiful harmony!!
Not enough sunshine here to create shadows. It will come.
ReplyDeleteyou live in such a green area. i don't think i can see the barn and shed in your images, but whatever they look like, i can imagine how they'd become a sanctuary.
ReplyDeleteAre you seeing any signs of spring, yet?
